Хочу затронуть главное. Все Вы уже догадались, что на евро оффе Айон 3.0 будет не скоро. Могу Вас "обрадовать" так оно и сеть. Цитирую: "Postponing 3.0 and client version. As mentioned after the RPC weekend, we are postponing 3.0 from the planned release in spring this year to summer 2012.
There is no official announcement (as in news on the front page) made so far but regard this as an official statement. The reason for the delay is another problem and delays occuring in translations.
Translations not only concern text translations but also dubbing the cutscenes which might also take several weeks.
Current status is: We are thinking about dropping the dubbing phase for later and save some weeks. This is not yet decided but we are thinking about solutions and this is being one. A poll, which was requested by the community will not happen for now as we are already on solving this delay with the possibilities we have and can offer.
An English only version is currently not considered and the plan is to stay with a localization of the client for French and German players as well. The concerns and the thoughts from you has been forwarded however.

Current status of translation (to give you a small status update):
    The German translation receives a polish
    The English version is ready for an export
    The French translation will be started after the English export
    Dubs of the cutscenes staying in English to save some time is still in discussion

There are several questions wether we start with the 3.0 release client or receive a patched client with all the 3.0 bugs being fixed. We've requested a bug list from the developers at NC to see what is being considered as bug to check what our QA needs to keep an eye on. Best outcome of course would be a fixed 3.0 version which we can release in summer. I will loop you in as soon as I have detailed and confirmed information."

Если кратко, то может быть к концу лета мы увидим патч 3.0, а может и нет :-) точного прогноза нет. Отсрочка выхода 3.0 связана с трудностью перевода, дублировании роликов и устранении возможных багов и неполадок.
